Our client is based at Seri Kembangan and looking for an urgent Senior Assistant HR Manager for their organization!

1. Employee Relations

- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns from employees.
- Monitor and resolve employee disciplinary issues and disputes
- To execute disciplinary actions that comply to the human relations policy and policy of the company

2. Payroll

- To handle and prepare monthly payroll administration task including staff claim and overtime claims
- To monitor employee’s leave record
- To prepare payroll report and managing a performance appraisal system

3. HR policies and compliance

- To assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure HR processes adhere to local laws and regulations in Malaysia.
- Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and compliance requirements.

4. Recruitment

- Assist in recruitment cycle included job posting, screen, arrange interview with potential candidate and on boarding process
- Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and compliance requirements.

5. Admin

- Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities
- Monitoring licensing/contracts & renew to be made on time
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

**Must be able to communicate in Chinese**


Salary package

Basic Salary : RM4500 - RM6000

-Experience managing online ad campaigns, - display, video, or mobile or paid search.
-Knowledge along with a passion for digital: understanding of digital marketing disciplines from digital display, digital brand, digital brand response, digital direct response, SEO, PPC &mobile.
-Understanding of performance and programmatic buying.
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment - harvest vast amounts of information, news, data, and research and distill the most important/relevant information for your agency team and their clients.
