Our client is a renowned company in the Advertising industry. They are looking for a seasoned Manager/ Senior Manager Performance to spearhead their goals.

Responsibilities of the role:
-Manage performance campaigns across display and mobile.
-Guide your teammates and take responsibility for the overall delivery of performance for that account.
-Work with the team to manage the end-to-end process from set up, tagging, and optimization to ensure report metrics are fully captured.
-Strategize and execute campaigns on our platforms and ensure optimal delivery and performance.
-Take part in brainstorms and internal analysis meetings.
-Conduct day-to-day optimization and monitoring of campaigns.
-Analyze data from ad-serving providers as well as conversion tracking to map the complete consumer journey.
-Work on e-commerce as well as lead generation campaigns.
-Navigate through our existing proprietary audience data to identify relevant audience segments to target, and work closely with the in-house audience data and analytics team to identify and develop new audience segments.
What you will need:
-Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
-3-6 years of professional experience with digital marketing agencies, ad networks, or other digital media companies.
A plus: Applied knowledge of 3rd party ad serving, website and tracking, and associated technologies, Client management experience and an outgoing personality, willingness to present.
-Experience managing online ad campaigns, - display, video, or mobile or paid search.
-Knowledge along with a passion for digital: understanding of digital marketing disciplines from digital display, digital brand, digital brand response, digital direct response, SEO, PPC &mobile.
-Understanding of performance and programmatic buying.
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment - harvest vast amounts of information, news, data, and research and distill the most important/relevant information for your agency team and their clients.
-Must have working experience in the Advertising industry.
Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Digital marketing agency: 3-5 years (Preferred)
