优秀的企业文化加上承担相应社会责任,会形成良好的企业形象,这不仅可以提高企业的竞争力,还能形成美誉度和提高消费者对该企业的忠诚度。企业文化与企业社会责任相辅相成,二者联系密切。
首先,企业社会责任的承担通常受企业文化的影响。企业文化的优良程度可以看出其承担社会责任的程度。一个企业的真正存在,不在于它有多大的实体规模,而在于其企业文化是否引领员工心中的思想观念,是否具有一种精神存在于创始人和员工的头脑中,是否让员工从心里有一种强烈的社会责任感。其次,企业文化可以从企业社会责任中汲取“营养”。
企业通过履行社会责任,通过实际行动使其无形的企业文化具象地展示出来,形成良好的企业形象,提升企业的美誉度,使社会和消费者更加了解本企业以及本企业的企业文化。
