Today marks a significant milestone in my life as I proudly graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. After nearly five years of hard work and sleepless nights as a part-time student, I feel a deep sense of joy and nostalgia.
As I don my graduation attire, I can’t help but feel the absence of my mom, who always dreamed of this day. Though she is not physically here, I carry her love and blessings with me. I miss her warm hugs and unwavering support, which have been my guiding light throughout this journey.
This achievement is not just mine; it reflects the sacrifices and encouragement from those who believed in me. I have been actively working in HR roles, and this degree is a stepping stone toward making a more significant impact in the field.
