Nice quaint coffeehouse with popular and interesting selection of breakfast items. Except we came in the afternoon and could only try their tea menu. Good place to unwind after walking so much in Osaka.

Penang food are my kryptonite but often when faced with picking Penang fried kuay tiao, laksa or prawn noodles - i’d always pick the Penang prawn noodles. This one $5.90 at Toa Payoh Central does it every time
