As a Johorian once studied and live in Singapore, I see more and more expats coming into Johor Bahru to play, buy things, makan and planning their retirement here. They buy properties either for their kids education or their second home apart from Singapore.🇲🇾🇸🇬🇰🇷🇨🇳

After MCO being lifted, more Singaporeans, Koreans, Chinese recites in Iskandar zone, which is nearer to the Tuas side of Singapore, and recently more and more people looking at the Iskandar Medini Financial Zone. ⛳️

I talked to clients from Singapore and they are considering buying up property in JB because there is a 20% ABSD when purchasing a property in Singapore. Convert that money to ringgit, they can comfortably buy up the units here in cash. 🌞

As both countries have more economic activities, with the convenience of transportation. it will definitely bring more expats from Singapore into JB as we are relatively affordable.🚇
