An irresistible treat for the sweetest dad in town! 🥰🎉 This Father’s Day, surprise your amazing dad with a homemade tiramisu, made with love and a sprinkle of gratitude. Layers of velvety mascarpone, soaked in espresso and topped with a dusting of cocoa, will surely make his taste buds dance with joy! 💙☕️
Step by step;
1. Separate the eggs.
2. Whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until well combined and creamy then double boil it.
3. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy.
4. Whip the whipping cream.
5. Gently fold all the ingredients until well combined.
6.Soak the lady finger in coffee liquid a few seconds.
7. Place the lady finger on dish.
8. Pipe the cream mixture into the ring mold .
9. Put another layer of lady finger
10.Pipe all the cream mixture to cover the lady fingers.
11. Put it into refrigerator.
12. Whip some whipping cream for decoration.
13. Pipe the whipped cream on top.
14. Unmold the tiramisu.
15. When ready to serve,dust with more cocoa powder if desired.
16. Done ✔️
