CineMates Pictures started out as a production company in Malaysia to provide cost effective & Tailor made Video & Print productions catered to Corporate Clients as well as Professionally Generated Contents (PGC) and Film Productions in South East Asia. The company have since produced multiple advertising shoots, and a couple of original short and Feature length films. They hope t
o create and revolutionize the Arts scene, through their sophisticated creative contents as well as strong and enticing Storytelling skills. They have recently started a branch-out company based in Shanghai, China, which is fully compliant to their strength exactly as what they are doing in Malaysia. The company has been involved in various productions ranging from: Print advertising shoots, PGC productions, Film Productions, TV Media Productions, TVC Productions, Event Documentations, as well as taking part in multiple Production support jobs all around Asia. CineMates Pictures hopes to be friends with everyone, and hopes that everyone be friends with the images they produce. “Cine” represents the Cinematic Images they produces, while “Mates” represents friends & buddies, hence the name CineMates Pictures. Mr. Alvin Tan graduated from Lasalle College of the Arts in Singapore. He have been in the Film and Advertising industry in Singapore and Malaysia for about 8 years, working on numerous projects which includes Television Commercials, Television Programs, Feature Films and much more before moving to Shanghai, China in 2015. For the past 5 years in Shanghai, He had greatly enhanced his skills in Producing and Directing. Working with various Major brands, having produced and directed countless advertising campaigns, both in Motion Video format as well as Stills format, he had honed his expertise immensely. Some major clients he had worked with includes: Levi’s, Nike, Adidas, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Beats by Dre, Lancome, Tmall, Pizza Hut, Starbucks and much more.
Within his field, Alvin is hugely recognized as an efficient Producer, in managing clients as well as budget and shoots. In Directing, he is always perceived as an accommodating Director, slowly but efficiently directing his talents, making sure they reaches or even exceeds his expectations, whilst bringing beautiful imagery to his exceptional storytelling.
