阿扎鱼是我非常喜欢的一道娘惹菜,娘惹阿扎鱼味道酸甜,微辣,很下饭。我今天用了黄尾鲹(俗称色拉)来煮这道菜,你们也可以用其它的小鱼或鱼肉来代替,一样美味无比!
娘惹阿扎鱼
Nyonya Acar Fish (Acar Hu)
材料:
4条 黄尾鲹(俗称色拉鱼)
2汤匙 黄姜粉
1茶匙盐
**混和均匀,腌制半小时,过后以中火炸熟至金黄香脆,捞起,沥除油份,备用
辅料:
100克 老姜(切丝)
2小块 黄姜 (切片)
5-6瓣 蒜头 (切片)
2条 红辣椒 (切段)
3 青辣椒 (切半)
调味料:
4汤匙 白醋
1茶匙 盐
5茶匙 白糖
少许 阿三膏 (挤水,备用)
