Sales Coordinators
Job Description:-
1. To prepare quotations for customers and follow up on any sales quotations sent.
2. To process purchase orders and issue sales order to planning department.
3. Be the first window to existing customers for new and pending orders.
4. Communicate with other departments in matters relevant to customers (QA, NPI, Material Planning, Warehouse, Logistics etc).
5.To expedite status of orders to ensure delivery dates are met on time.
6. To liaise with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
7. To respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
8. To respond to complaints from customers within a timely manner
9. Other ad hoc duties related duties assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:
a) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & English
b) At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
c) Applicants must be willing to work in Prai.
d) Capable to work with others as a team , responsible , multitasker, meticulous, organized and able to work independently in a fast pace environment.
e) Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office.
f) Experience working in a company with an ERP system
g) Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
h) Full-Time position(s) available.
