Sinners and Saints, a great film directed by William Kaufman, a Noir Blancs Production, from 2010 on Amazon Prime.

I REALLY wasn’t going to write a review for this film, as I had watched 54 minutes and 47 seconds of it, and really enjoying my movie night, when the first bowl of my Oregon Home Grown kicked in.

The image I’m using for this post is one of the bad dudes in the movie, not a bad dude in the plot though. He really was a victim seeking revenge. Still someone you DEFINITELY did NOT want to meet in some dark alley in New Orleans, where this story takes place.

So, I was so impressed by the make/up job, and had to stop right there and, well, begin my review.

GREAT PLOT/STORY as far as a Cops & Gangster type of movie goes. Russian Mobsters, and a gang from the “Hood” (see post image for the gang leader from the “Hood”).

4 & 3/4 Unknown Sock Puppets out of 5 for the screenplay. The best scene/dialogue in the movie begins at one hour, seven minutes, and eleven seconds. They both win for best acting for this scene.

Postscript: As is typical, it’s taken me one hour and forty-five minutes and nineteen seconds to watch the first hour of this excellent movie.

Right after that great scene, the best gun battle scene takes place.

At this point, with ten dudes with automatic weapons attacking the good guys in Grandpa’s house, I was thinking, “There’s no fu***ng way the good guys can get out alive with THIS gun fight.

I digress, and go back to the movie to find out. Commercial time.

GREAT GUN BATTLE! The good guys survive and an about six or seven para-military type bad dudes die. Two of the bad dudes escape.

I LOVE watching and writing about movies when I’m slightly stoned! You ought to try it sometime. Watch a movie and write about it like I do. Stopping every so often to write down my thoughts on my iPhone Notepad.

I really appreciate watching a movie the way that I do. It’s already two hours, fifteen minutes, and thirty-four seconds and I’m only at 1:12:36 so far. Gives me time to let my doggie Shelton outside to p*e, time to get some munchies and another beer, time to re-load my pipe, time to reflect on how good this plot/screenplay really is, along with the excellent dialogue.

WOW! The fight scene that ended at 1:23:50 was awesome! Well written, well choreographed. I was wondering if the main character Detective Sean Riley (played by JohnnyStrong) was going to survive).

That scene was so good, I went back to watch it again. Best part was the knife fight.

The end of that fight scene was awesome. Bas Rutten, who plays Dekker, one of the para-military dudes that turns out to actually be an Ex-CIA dude from Ukraine (bad guy), had an Oscar Winning reaction/look on his face as he was beating Detective Riley to death, just a split-second before Detective Riley blew his brains out (see pic).

Now, normally, one could say that the amount of blood and brains on the wall was a bit much.

I stopped, took a screenshot and added it here to my post because the artist in me thought the splattered wall looked rather artistic. Look on the left side of my “canvas”. Do you see the face?

Postscript Two: Well, it’s not Russian mobsters. The leader of the pack of ex-Paramilitary dudes , Dekker, is an Ex-CIA as I mentioned before.

Great plot/story as I previously said. Two New Orleans Police Detectives against CIA dudes.

I literally in my mind yelled, “Whoop*e” when Weedo, played by the actor who goes by the name Method Man, shows up at the end . See image. Like I said, great make-up job! Look at that eyeball!

The CIA/Ukrainian Mobster dude is dragged off by the boys from the “Hood”. Great ending scene!

The opening scene showing wartime in the Middle East somewhere finally made sense to me. At first I thought it was New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. I think they DID mix in some images/footage of the aftermath of Katrina.

While the U.S. and it’s NATO Allies (puppets) are deliberately trying to start WW3 with Russia, telling the idiot stand-up comedian In Kiev that it’s now okay to launch U.S. manufactured missiles at targets inside Russia, Russia is hosting the 27th annual Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum SPIEF in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

With approximately 21,300 attendees from over 128 countries, it makes Klaus Schwab’s annual WEF (World Economic Forum) in Davos, Switzerland look like a backyard tea party for the billionaire ultra-rich. Klaus Schwab: “You will own nothing and be happy”.

Of course, the United States and its closest allies are not officially attending this meeting hosted by Vladimir Putin. There are many Americans who are outspoken critics of U.S. foreign and domestic policies taking part in panel discussions, like former CIA analyst Larry Johnson, (Google him), and other well known critics.

It’s interesting to see that former United Nations Weapons Inspector Scott Ritter was pulled off a flight and his passport confiscated by the State Department because he also was invited to take part in the forum. It’s also interesting that in spite of the fact that our government is not attending, many U.S. companies are in attendance.

I think it’s about time for Americans to hear the truth, to wake up and smell the roses. BRICS is doing the right thing in their establishment of an alternative to the U.S. destructive hegemonic imperialistic ideology/policies.

Postscript: If I were elected POTUS, I would immediately ask to become a member of BRICS. Well, I made it 38 minutes into the film before I finally had to write about it. Long enough for the first bowl of my Oregon Home-Grown to kick in, haha! It only took me four hours to watch this film.

I wasn’t gonna write this one up but…..The first f**k scene was so well choreographed and acted, I just HAD to mention it as a lead-in to my review of this excellent 2018 film titled SIBERIA.

Yes, the 2018 film Siberia was released on video on September 18, 2018, through Lionsgate Home Entertainment. It had a limited theatrical release in the United States on July 13, 2018, and worldwide on July 20, 2018, starring Keanu Reeves, Ana Ularu, Ashley St. George, Ana Ularu, Molly Ringwald, Vitali Makarov, Ruslan Rusin, Aleks Paunovic, Pasha D. Lychnikof, Rafael Petardi, and some other fine actors.

The first glance of the “Sample”, “Blue” Diamond….It’s HUGE! I’m guessing ten carats.

The laptop diamond analyzer App is cool. Keanu has one real and one very high quality fake diamond. He’s supposed to give the Russian mobster 12 diamonds as a sample of the $50 million in blue diamonds.

Right off the bat in the beginning as they were showing the ten different production companies I thought WTF?, in the good old days, movies would list MAYBE, two production companies, the main one like Warner Brothers, and one or two other companies associated with the production of the film.

The other six or Seven (lost count), is maybe because the primary actors involved in the production of the film had it in their contracts to list THEIR own production company or studio name. Mine would be, Dead Armadillo Films in Association with The Unknown Sock Puppet Productions,

This Amazon Prime movie was not what I expected. Reeves is a high-end diamond smuggler who ends up in between a few bad dudes wanting his $50 million in diamonds that he doesn’t have…and is supposed to have.

The second f**k scene was great, but much shorter than the first one.

Third f**k scene titled, “F**k me. F**k me like you f**k your wife”. That one wore Keanu out. JFK once said,”a good f**k is like a 50 mile hike”. I maybe made it to 350 miles in total as a teenager, hahahaha!

Let’s get back to the diamonds. I’m waiting for some action here.

The “Cock Sucking” scene was well written. Not what one would expect. “Tell your American friend to tell you to suck my cock”, the Russian mobster said. WOW! Interesting screenplay.

I was wondering when the KGB would get involved. Now the 11 fake diamonds come in to play.

What a great documentary I don’t know how I missed this one. I can see why it has won so many awards. The narrator, Brian Dunning wins 5 Unknown Sock Puppets out of 5!

Here’s a brave young Jewish woman who really cares, and is on the right side of history.

Simone Zimmerman is a very inspiring, well-spoken, intelligent young woman who is the type of person that COULD one day be the political leader of a truly free Palestine/Israel combined “State”. Let’s call it “Israelstine”, or “Palestrael” for lack of a better name. If I were a Palestinian or Israeli, I’d vote for her. If I was 27 instead of 75 I’d be asking her out for Sushi.

This podcast has me hooked now as a fan. Not because of the fantastic guest, which Simone was, but because of the way Mohamed Hassan conducted the interview.

Mohamed, you are a great host. What makes you a great host one might ask? Something called, “Active Listening”. Let’s make it loud and clear, that the United States HAS to sever the umbilical cord with Israel and keep it severed until such time that zebraism is eliminated, and a new form of government is established between the Palestinian people and the Jewish/Atheist population of Israel.

Keep the name ISRAEL. I don’t think the Palestinian people will much care as long as they are allowed to take back their land and homes that were taken from them over the past 75+ years, AND THEIR FREEDOM!

My suggestion for a new form of government is called, INCLUSIONISM. Root word, “Include”.

Simple system. Allows everyone of voting age to “Vote”, and have a say about all issues. Write to me if you’re curious about this.

What a great podcast! What makes any podcast great isn’t the guest or guests in any particular episode, it’s how the host, or hosts conduct their show/podcast.

The key ingredient to having a great podcast is something called, “Active Listening”. Which in layman’s terms is NOT INTERRUPTING THE GUEST MID-SENTENCE.

There are soooo many pundits out there that cannot carry on a normal discussion/conversation without bullying the guest they are interviewing.

Kudos to both of the two hosts of this podcast format for being professional in that respect. THAT’S why I subscribed!

My “Comment” here is typical in length as I normally use my comments when I share interesting schtick and/or podcast links on Facebook.

I’ve always been a fan/admirer of Jesse “The Body” Ventura.

Although I grew up in Minnesota, I had left the state years before Jesse was elected governor.

As I have been following him again recently, it’s great to see him coming out with his new brand of cannabis products.

If you’re a stoner, or someone who is interested in finding out more about the medicinal properties of cannabis, watch this entire interview/podcast.

If there was some way of getting Jesse in the ballot for POTUS, I’d vote for him.

How about a grass-roots push for one specific debate.

Make it the largest Pay-Per-View in history between Biden, Trump, AND…..the former Governor of Minnesota, Jesse Ventura!

If that happens, Jesse WILL become POTUS.

Give 90% of the Pay-Per-View money to the old farts like me struggling to get by on just their Social Security.

Give the other 10% to the winner of the debate, hahaha, which would be Jesse “The Body” Ventura, hahaha! I laugh, but I’m serious!

Regarding the discussion about the never ending wars that’s been pouring billions of taxpayer dollars into the military/industrial complex:

Radical thought. How about all the various State Militias organizing under one “Flag”, the UNIFIED CITIZENS MILITIA.

First order of business. Arrest ALL the war-mongering a$$ holes regardless of wither they are the left wing of the Turkey Buzzard or the right wing.

Instead of trying to prosecute them under a corrupt judicial system, I’ve got a really beautiful, very large island in the South Pacific I call DEVIL’s ISLAND 2 waiting for them.

They will have beautiful mansions with swimming pools and tennis courts, movie theaters, p**n shops, Bagel shops, and electric cars.

They will be a self-sustaining society, growing their own food, raising their own livestock, etcetera, killing each other because they ARE a demented bunch of people.

I estimate an island population of about 750 to about 1,000 degenerates/people. No guards. Just their own equivalent of a police force.

They will have everything they need to live like royalty, EXCEPT, and it’s a BIG EXCEPT……EXCEPT they cannot leave the island.

It will be impossible for them to throw a homemade raft off a cliff like Papillon. And….Wait for it…..

SHARKS! And patrol craft of the Citizens Militia surrounding the island.

After having studied the evolution of our species for thirty years or so, I share the following…..

Our species is in the painful process of finally, and rapidly, crawling over the approximate 150 year threshold between the 2,300 years of the Age of Pisces and Aquarius as we dodge bullets and bombs.

Google Pisces. Two key words: Age of Religions and Wars….then Google the Age of Aquarius,Two key words: Age of Technology and Peace!

I believe, as a species, we are approaching a “Fork in the Road”. One way is total extinction of our species, the other is what I call, Star Trek Time.

Sure, right now we are burdened with all the doom and gloom crap, the real potential for WW3, nuclear annihilation of 95% of all life on earth, etcetera. Or a huge asteroid hits us….Or, our extinction from the pole-shift of our planet.

As an optimistic dude, I believe some portion of our species, maybe even as much as 40%, will survive whatever comes in the next thirty years or so, and our technological advances will take us to the stars. As I like to say, “Beam me up, Scotty”.

I believe that the people of IRTH, (see my IRTHKOIN), will all be united under perhaps something similar to the United Nations only I call it Counsel of Elders, and although one would think I’m talking about a New World Order (NWO), I’m NOT! I call it, THE NEW AGE ORDER.

But Dr. Saxe, will it be a governing system like a Demon-cracy, or more akin to Socialism or outright Communism?.

None of the above. The system of governance will be from the bottom up and everyone on Planet Irth will have a “vote” or say in what we do, collectively as a species, right from our “AI-Assisted Intelligent Communication Devices, AIACD’s. Much more advanced hand-held devices that we currently refer to as “Smart Phones”.

I call the governing system, INCLUSIONISM, root word: INCLUDE!

Each person of sound mind and voting age, (pre-vetted to make sure that they are alive and not a dead body in a grave), will have a DNA CODED APP on their AIACD’s to instantaneously identify themselves as they press the “Yay or Nay” button on their phone.

Instantaneous voting on whether or not to visit Planet XYZ, instantaneously voting on whatever the question and choices are.

Disclaimer: I don’t claim to be a Nostradamus, I just see things that I never thought I would think of prior to my 3rd stroke in July of 2015. It was very close to my Pineal Gland (3rd Eye).

So, regardless of what you might get out of my writing, (or you suffer from ADHD and just type in TLDR), you perhaps might be thinking that I’m a certifiable nut-case, let me just say, “I DON’T CARE”.
