This is a definition that AI worded better than I could. I hope this helps somebody that is reading this cus I see that a lot of people have a misunderstanding on repentance. And I also added this bible verse to tie in into what true biblical repentance looks like "Godly sorrow produces a repentance leading to salvation, but the sorrow of the world brings about death".

This is something that I wanted to share as well from the book "The Gospel According To Jesus. By John Macarthur" - No "change of mind" can be called true repentance without including these three elements:

1. A turning to God.
2. A turning from evil.
3. The intent to serve God
