Whale season opens with a splash. With seeing 20+ whales a day, just from my balcony alone. We are seeing quite a few baby calves playing and jumping.
Enclosed are a few photos from our past seasons which were amazing and we really think this season will be even better.
Unfortunately a strong pod of Orcas or killer whales are playing havoc on our humpies.
Tagalong excursions still has some great days open for day trips, Now, this week and next.
leaving from both the PV Marina and LA Cruz Marina.
This is my 19th year photographing my beautiful humpbacks. Come with us on the once of a life time small group excursion. About 4-5 hours on the water including dropping the hydraphone and listening to them sing. It will be such an amazing experience in your life. Message me or email me at [email protected]. Or just message me. We are taking Tagalongs out of PV Marina and also La Cruz Marina. All group are 5-8 people depending on what boat I'm taking that day.

With whale season fast approaching the beautiful Bay of Banderas, each day Im getting more and more excited. I know this figure is staggering but last season I shot over 100,000 images of the humpbacks and pods of dolphins. It's not as bad as it sounds. each day is broken down and within an hour per day I can chose 50-60 images to make it to the publishers and the galleries.
This year promises to be a fantastic year, I will continue with my boat out of La Cruz and wife Krisy will take here new boat out of PV Marina, She has come on with her photography, I excited to see how she does. As a team we will cover the whole bay on the same day, only 4 days a week, 3 days to rest.

What a beautiful date night at Los Iguana's this weekend. My beautiful wife Krissy just gets prettier by the day. Puerto Vallarta has grown on her heart as well as that beautiful Mexican sun and beach.
Life is so good.
Start watching for our whales post, my beautiful humpbacks are on there way back for another season.

“The Golden Road”

Fall has come to the Colorado high country and is now going. I logged a lot of miles this fall looking for the fading gold of fall. I hope you enjoy.
This 3 shot HDR image was taken with my 24-70mm Canon lens and a Canon 5D-M3. Each shot was focus and exposure compensated.

“Colorado Fall“

Its fall in the Colorado high country. Snow has fallen, colors are changing and the elk are bugling. Its time. Some places have turned a few in a few days will be show time.
