Happy birthday to me! 🥳🎂💗
For a long time I hated my birthdays.🎂
And I expected them to do for me, what I didn't.
That anxiety of knowing who, how, when, where they congratulate you to make me feel good, just to feed the ego.❌
And for the first time, after a long time I had the best birthday of my life, just because I decided that it would be that way and to tell myself and do what only I know I need.🫂
I don't say it because of what I lived, I have had many good, incredible birthdays but it was not enough because it did not "meet my expectations"
So I started doing things for myself, to enjoy the moment and above all to be thankful. I know that it does not matter who, what matters is how you decide to take it. What do you do for this special day, because it is a special day!
