Young people especially young women from Traditional Authority Malanda continue facing challenges when it comes to accessing Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights services. The challenges are fuelled by persistent discirmination against young women and girls and the unwillingness to adress issues related to sexuality openly and comprehensively due to restrictive social norms.

It is against thie background that Ufulu Wanga would like to hear from you how best we can adress this issue.

Family planning is a voluntary decision made by individual men, women, adolescents, or couples to determine how many children to have, when to have them and at what intervals. The unmet need for FP services is still on the higher side in Nkhatabay. 30% of people who want FP services cant get them.

This calls upon efforts to address the challenge which if not properly managed may give birth to a number of negative consequences which comes with rapid population growth.
