Shutter Speed does not only impact the brightness and darkness of any image, but instead, it enables us to either FREEZE MOTION or create LONG EXPOSURES.

Panning in photography is a technique where the camera is moved horizontally along with a moving subject to capture an image with a sense of motion. The purpose of panning is to keep the subject relatively sharp while intentionally blurring the background, creating a dynamic and visually interesting effect.
