Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, arts or any other related field.

1. The artist must have experience of polygon or surface modelling techniques.
2. Modeling tools can be MAYA, MAX, Blender.
3. You must have an understanding of mesh topology and mesh flow.
4. You must be able to create detailed models within a prescribed limit of polycount.
5. You must create 3D models with maximum details based on reference images provided.
6. You must have a good knowledge of UV unwrapping and stitching.
7. The artist must have the discipline to create a good clean hard surface model with proper UVs and naming conventions.
8. A logical approach and understanding of how an object is fabricated in real world is important.
9. And finally, attention to details is a must.
