Delta News Agency (DNA) is one of the handful of local media outlets operating in Myanmar’s states and regions. Based in the Irrawaddy delta region where was severely affected by Nargis Cyclone in 2008, DNA aims to contribute socio-economic development of the region by serving the information needs of the local public. Run by a small editorial team that are comprised of young and motivated but experienced journalists, DNA covers a wide range of topics such as politics, economics, social, education, arts and entertainment.
