🍫 Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

1 and ¾ cups all-purpose flour

¾ cup cocoa powder

1 and ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 and ½ teaspoons baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups sugar

2 large eggs

1 cup milk

½ cup vegetable oil

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup boiling water

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes.

Stir in boiling water (the batter will be thin — that’s okay).

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool the cakes for 10 minutes, then remove them from the pans and let them cool completely.

Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting and enjoy! 😋

# # # 🍰 **Vanilla Cake Recipe**

**Ingredients:**

* 2 ½ cups (315g) all-purpose flour
* 2 ½ tsp baking powder
* ½ tsp salt
* ¾ cup (170g) unsalted butter, softened
* 1 ¾ cups (350g) sugar
* 4 large eggs
* 1 tbsp vanilla extract
* 1 cup (240ml) whole milk

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat your oven to **350°F (175°C)**. Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the **flour, baking powder, and salt**.
3. In a large bowl, beat the **butter and sugar** until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).
4. Add the **eggs one at a time**, beating well after each addition, then mix in the **vanilla extract**.
5. Gradually add the **dry ingredients** to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
6. Divide the batter evenly between the two pans.
7. Bake for **25–30 minutes**, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Frost with your favorite **buttercream or whipped cream frosting** and decorate as desired.
