🎉 RELEASE - Our permanent Gin is Finally Here! 🍸

Back in June, we embarked on an exciting journey to craft our signature gin recipe. Until now, we’ve only produced limited editions, but this time we wanted to create something truly special – and we didn’t do it alone!

We launched a collaborative campaign, inviting people from Luxembourg and beyond to join us in creating this one-of-a-kind gin. Over the summer of 2024, more than 140 amazing individuals contributed to the process, helping us shape this incredible recipe!

From voting on the plants and spices to tasting samples, assisting in the distillation, and even bottling, labeling, and sealing the final product – this gin is truly a community creation.

Today, we’re thrilled to release the result of this amazing collaboration! 🍸

✨ Enjoy our release exclusively on our website – with delivery available only in Luxembourg! Soon, you’ll be able to find our gin in your favorite bars and restaurants. Stay tuned!

SURPRISE ! 🌟🍸🎉 You have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of our Luxembourgish gin ! 🇱🇺 We will create our final gin recipe this summer (we had produced only limited editions so far) with YOU !

➡️ Step 1 - June 2024 - Choice of plants and spices 🌸
Via a form that you will receive by email, you will be able to vote for the plants and spices you would like to be part of this recipe.

➡️ Step 2 - July 12 and 13-Tasting of two test recipes 🥃
You will receive a registration link to come and taste the 2 test recipes we have produced to determine which one is the best. Places will be limited for this tasting, so make sure to sign up as soon as you receive your link!

➡️ Step 3 - August 3 - Distillation of our final recipe ⚗️
You will receive a registration link to attend the distillation of our recipe, accompanied by explanations from our distiller. Places will be limited due to the size of our distillery, so sign up quickly once you receive your link!

➡️ Step 4 - August 7 to 16 - Choice of the label 🏷️
Via a form that you will receive by email, you will be able to vote for the label that will be placed on our bottle.

➡️ Step 5 - August 30 and 31 - Bottling and labeling of Entre Nous Gin 🍾
You will receive a registration link to participate in the final stage of our gin production: bottling and labeling. You will have the opportunity to learn more about gin production and see this project come to fruition in a beautiful bottle of gin!

➡️ Step 6 - September 2024 - Launch party 🚀
You will have the opportunity to spend a friendly evening with the other participants of this project and taste this gin created “Entre Nous”!

We introduce our spices collection to make the perfect Gin&Tonic 🤩🙌

1. Elderflowers (dried):
Elderflowers bring a delicate and floral flavor to a gin. They infuse the spirit with subtle notes of honey, citrus, and a hint of herbaceousness. The flavor profile of elderflowers is often described as sweet, aromatic, and slightly fruity, with undertones of pear or lychee.

2. Cardamom pods:
Cardamom brings a spicy, slightly sweet, and citrusy profile to your G&T or cocktail, enhancing its overall taste and aroma. When used in moderation, cardamom can complement the botanicals present in the gin, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. It can also add depth and intrigue to cocktails, especially those with citrus or herbal notes.

3. Juniper berries:
Juniper berries are the heart and soul of gin, infusing the spirit with a spectrum of flavors that define its character. When incorporated into a gin and tonic, juniper berries impart a rich tapestry of tastes that elevate the drinking experience. Their dominant piney essence, reminiscent of fresh evergreen trees, serves as the backbone of the cocktail, providing a refreshing and invigorating quality.

4. Coriander (seeds):
Coriander seeds bring a wealth of flavors to a gin and tonic, elevating the drinking experience with their diverse profile. Infusing the beverage with a bright, citrusy zest reminiscent of lemon or orange peel, coriander seeds add a refreshing tang that harmonizes beautifully with the tonic water. Additionally, their warm and subtle spiciness provides depth and complexity to the drink, balancing the sweetness of the tonic and adding an intriguing kick to every sip. Alongside these flavors, coriander seeds may contribute delicate herbal undertones, enriching the overall aroma and creating a more nuanced drinking experience.
