This week, Artūras, alongside Judith Kee from Andor Technology, conducted a brief seminar on the 'Fundamentals of Sensor Technologies for Low Light Imaging and Spectroscopy.' Hosted at the Institute of Materials Science, attendees observed a live demonstration showcasing Andor EMCCD camera technology.

Throughout the workshop, we:
▪️ highlighted the capabilities of the equipment,
▪️ captured faint signals, and
▪️ pushed the boundaries of low-light imaging.

We are grateful for the full engagement of our participants, it was a productive and interesting time spent together!

In the latest Baltic Times Magazine no. Tomas shared how Monospektra seeks to beat the stereotypical distributor image, what achievements seven years in the scientific market brought, how Covid-19 influenced business and the company's vision for the next ten years.

"The biggest setback we faced was changing the perception that the distributor is just a middleman who does nothing but increase the end price. When we started out people still thought that if they go directly to the manufacturer they will get a better price or service, only to realize that the price is the same and the manufacturer chooses to work with us for a reason" - Tomas Mosteikis, co-founder of Monospektra, told The Baltic Times Magazine.
