Across the oceans and here in the city of Nashville our hearts soared with pride as the Springboks triumphed in the Rugby World Cup. Amidst cheers and tears, we celebrated ,united by the power of sport. The victory echoed through the depths of our souls, reminding us that dreams can be achieved, even far from home. 🏉✨🇿🇦 .

Well hello everyone. Long time no talk. It’s been an adventure here for us as we found our feet on land, adapting to a new country and finding our happy place. All in all it’s been great and we can’t be happier. We do miss uploading though and haven’t really had the time or to be honest the footage to upload but here’s a little breakdown of what’s to come in our soon to be next episode:

Saying goodbye to Lady Africa was no easy task, what a rollercoaster of emotions.. to feelings of guilt, sadness and worry to happy, grateful and excited for the future. ⛵️

Ricky had to get surgery in St Maarten... and my oh my what an experience it was. We also got to meet up with Sailing Sunday and spend a lot of time with them as we were stuck on this island for a bit.

Our last photo with Lady Africa ⛵️

So long my friend. You're gonna be so missed and we're so thankful for the journey you've taken us on, for the knowledge we have gained because of you and for keeping us safe on our crazy adventures.

Incase you didn't know Lady Africa has been SOLD! We gave her over to the new owners in the USVI. So technically our dream of taking her to the US has been complete 🥹 It feels like a part of us is missing but we know she's gonna be in good capable hands and loved. The new owners Doug and Margaret had been looking for a boat like her for the last 2 years and were so excited to buy her which definitely helped the sale. What's next for us? Well stay tuned and find out. 🩵
