Relebohile Ngoako – Biography I am Relebohile Ngoako, a 20-year-old singer from Qacha’s Nek, Lesotho. My love for music began at a very young age, and I discovered I could sing when I was just eight years old. With the support of my mother, I started working on my voice and nurturing my talent. Back then, I listened to Celine Dion, who became my role model and a significant influence on my musical journey. Earlier this year, I released my debut single, Carry On, a song inspired by people who struggle to stand their ground and embrace their true selves. Through this song, I encourage everyone to own their individuality, appreciate who they are, and never feel ashamed of their identity or actions. I am proud to say that the process of releasing my first song was smooth and perfect, thanks to the incredible producer I collaborated with. Music, for me, is about inspiring and empowering people. I believe everyone needs a shoulder to lean on and a hand to hold during challenging times. This belief drives me to create songs that resonate deeply with people’s emotions and experiences. I draw inspiration from incredible artists like Lauren Daigle, whose phenomenal voice and passion for music motivate me. Locally, I admire Puleng Phoofolo, and it would be a dream come true to collaborate with her one day. As a Mosotho girl, my goal is to grow into a well-rounded artist who works well with others, remains accountable, and represents my heritage with pride. While I know challenges exist in the music industry, I am committed to staying resilient, holding my head high, and never giving up on my dreams. One fun fact about me is that I love yogurt—a little detail that not many people know! Through hard work, determination, and passion, I am confident that I will continue to make a positive impact in the music industry and beyond.
