AN OPEN NURSING OFFICER POSITION!!!

Paray Mission Hospital is a Roman Catholic Church Health Facility situated at the administration center of Thaba-Tseka District. It is under the leadership of the Archbishop of Maseru, run by the Sisters of Charity of Ottawa in collaboration with Christian Health Association of Lesotho (CHAL), to provide accessible, affordable holistic quality health care to all people.

Location: Thaba-Tseka
Remuneration Grade: G
Responsible to: Manager Hospital Nursing Services

Job Summary:
The Nursing officer shall ensure that each nurse within a medical setting complies with quality service performance and medical records audits. This shall be in line with the standards of practice, guidelines, policies and procedures available at each care level.

Key Duties.

Planning and organising nursing services.
Co-ordination of nursing services with other health services.
Supervision and conduct clinical audits
Public Health Services (Public Community Health Nurse)
Employees of Paray Mission Hospital will be required to promote and support the mission and vision of the service for which they are responsible.
Develop and maintain good communication with all levels of management and build partnerships with the other Health Care Providers
Carry out their duties and responsibilities in compliance with health and safety policy
Perform on-site reviews regarding quality issues.
Perform any other duties assigned to him/her.
Maintain confidential reports and records of the nursing and medical staff.

Education and Experience
Hold a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery plus another qualification in the nursing field.
A person in this position typically has at least five years of experience in the nursing field.
Must be registered with Lesotho Nursing Council as a Nurse and updated his/her annual subscription.
Professional affiliation with the Lesotho Nurses Association (LNA).

Job Title: Fashion, Beauty and Home (FBH) Departmental Manager

To maximise selling opportunities for the business and managing all costs by providing an exceptional customer experience, driving operational excellence and leading a motivated team toensure profitability.
โ€ข Provide input into the Stores operating plan
โ€ข Ensure sales growth in line with agreed budgets
โ€ข Lead and manage store teams to deliver against the operating plan
