Ensure payments from defaulted clients are collected promptly. Collect and ensure that the arrears delinquency is managed. Come up with strategies to manage performance of the Loan book.

Minimum 3 yearsโ experience as Collection Officer in the Financial Institutions

โข Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
โข Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build business professional relationships.
โข Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in Collections and Recoveries.
