Grand Kru County is currently undergoing intensive justification ahead of the national county sports meet, the southeastern boys trained at the Invincible Park yesterday evening and moved to Saye town field for their morning session today, some popular faces like Larry Simone and Koko Wleh were spotted at their session yesterday.

Grand Kru has been drawn in groups with Nimba, River Cess, and B**g County.

Nimba is the defending champion 🏆 with a six(6) county meet trophy 🏆 as it's been 3 times in succession.

Remember the national county sports meet is the most prestigious tournament in the country the tournament will kick off on the 16 of December.

🚨 Just been hinted by a reliable source that the much anticipated 2023/2024 National County Sports Meet of Liberia will not go on as planned. The tournament will be postponed until after the inauguration which will take place in January.

The source further says that both the Ministers of Youth and Sports and Internal Affairs will appear at the Capitol Building tomorrow to be given the mandate for the postponement of the competition.

The 2023/24 County Meet has been earlier scheduled to kick-off on December 16, 2023. However, the current information means that things will not go as planned - the tournament may take place in April.

Nimba County is champions of the football category with Lofa County being the current holders of the kickball crown.

Nimba County Sports Steering Committee has re-appointed its soccer and kickball coaches Mouctarr Fofana and Darius Ajavon to lead the county for the 2023/2024 National County Sports Meet.

Coach Mouctarr Fofana has won two trophies 🏆 for the mountaineer while coach Darius Ajahvon led the Nimba Kickball team to the grand final in the 2022/2023 National County Sports Meet and lost to Lofa County for the first time as head coach of Nimba County.

According to the information, both coaches were maintained due to the pressing time toward the kickoff of the 2023/2024 NCSM.

Street football rules The old days :
1. No referee.
2. The game ends either when players are tired or at the Maghrib (sunset) call to prayer.
3. The score is 23-22.
4. A penalty is given if a player swears on god.
5. The chubby person becomes the goalkeeper 😝.
6. If the ball owner gets angry, he take the ball, and the game is over 😁.
7. The fouls is counted if everyone agrees 🙃.

Three players of Mighty Enforcers FC was involved in to a terrible Motorcycle accident why in route to Sinoe County to honor their away fixture to Sinoe NPA Anchor in the Orange Second Division League.

Captain Mohammed Keita, Goalkeeper Eric Taiwan,and Frank McGill are the three players who was involved in to this accident, leaving all of them to serious injuries.

The players are under going medication and hoping to recover before this crucial encounter with Sinoe NPA Anchor on Sunday.

The accident occurred between Grand Gedeh and Sinoe County at about 1:45 PM this afternoon.

The dist #7 boys are back on the practice patch ahead of the clash on Saturday ( Electoral dist meet) which Will be against the dist #1 boys which has been one of the outstanding dist in Nimba county in terms of sports.

The dist #7 newly appointed Coach Bobby Justus Davis said in an interview on radio saclepea FM 101.5 that though he is doing some work on camp with the players but it gonna be a tough match that the fanz of dist #7 shouldn't expect a trophy 🏆 from him in the upcoming electoral meet because they were taken by surprise and the players been off the pitch since the national 3rd division league playoffs in saclepea.

Coach Bobby Justus Davis also said that the team isn't doing well because of the support and the players aren't been practicing because of that.

The Coach also mentioned that some of the players aren't available on ground yet for justification which also going to be a step back to the dist team.

The world girls ll FC of saclepea will make their way to Gompa tomorrow for a two days tournament in which they will remain till the dist meet.

8-Precinct Queue Controllers

Applicant must be able to work with others as a team player, as well as being able to work alone and under strenuous condition, with courtesy and professionalism; must be willing to travel across the county when required.

Terms of Reference

1- District Electoral Coordinator.

The District Electoral Coordinator is a temporary electoral staff for the 2023 General Election and he or she shall be a trained election practitioner with vast experience in elections operations in the field. The Electoral Coordinator is expected the assist the magisterial team in coordinating electoral activities in their assigned districts.
The District Electoral Coordinator must meet the following qualification;

a- Must be least a college graduate, a trained classroom teacher, or a trained professional;
b- Must have served as Electoral Supervisor in the district or a presiding officer with many years of results-based experience;
c- Must have good mathematical skills (particularly in addition, multiplication, division, etc.);
