Alex Williams didn't say LIGIGS has an account in the Ivory Coast. He said Finance Minister Samuel Tweah has a private account in Ivory Coast and money from LISGIS account at ECOBANK is normal transfer to an account in the Ivory Coast. It was that account in the Ivory Coast that money they used to buy the Tablets was transferred. Go and check the facts from him FPA.

where they told us that the conqour guys are looters and power greed, they have ruled Liberia for too long so power belongs to us the natives, but the Country Guys are STEALING and accumulating massive wealth for themselves.

where they established government PR to support bad governance. You only see press statements from them but you don't see their faces yet they are paid more then Journalist and Civil Servants.
