We want to inform all community Chairpersons in the 41 in Kakata that your tenure has been exhausted. Therefore, you are asked to turn over all necessary documents or items belonging to the community to your Elder Council.

You are also empowered to appoint an election commission to conduct elections within your community.

Please submit the list of your election commissioners to the Community Service Director, Johnson Howard Sr. Or visit his office at the Kakata administrative building.

Mayor Gbarngawoe Seyboe has been amazed by many people in Margibi and Liberia at large.

At the ceremony marking the dedicatory ceremony of the National Agriculture Fair on the BWI Campus, some Margibians were seen appreciating him for making Kakata Decongestion one of his priorities.

According to some of them, Mayor Seyboe came to the job with a complete mindset to transfer the city to clean and green.

Responding to some of them, today at the program, he told them it's God's grace that brought him and his team this far.

Mayor Seyboe reassured his commitment to continue working in the interest of the residents of Kakata City.

The mayor has said the city government of Kakata is interested in sensitizing people on how to control their waste.

He indicated that cleaning up the city is a way of life. It's a daily activity because waste is been produced every second.

Liberia National Red Cross has honored Kakata City Mayor Gbarngawoe E. Seyboe for his dedicated service over the years.

Presenting the certificate on Thursday, December 5, 2024, the Field Officer of the Margibi Chapter, Kollie G. Singbee, said their decision is in recognition of his exceptional volunteer services and dedication to serving humanity and helping to build resilient communities, is not measured in size but by the depth of his commitment to making a difference in the life of other.

Mr. Singbee stressed that Mayor Seyboe's unwavering commitment to clean Kakata City can not be overemphasized by anyone.

The honor was done in commemoration of Liberia National Red Cross International Volunteer Day.

Receiving the honor, Kakata City Mayor Gbarngawoe Seyboe accepted the honor and dedicated it to his Kakata City Corporation as a sign of Appreciation.

The Clergyman indicated that he and his team's dedication, passion, and commitment are acknowledgeable.

He promised to work diligently in the interest of the residents of Kakata, especially highlighting President Boakai ARREST AGENDA, which focuses on reforms in Agriculture, Roads, Rules of Law, Education, Sanitation, Health, Tourism, and Trade.

Liberia National Police in Kakata has completed a refresher training for over 150 Watch Forum Members on how to pass sensitive information about criminals and their operations within the community.

These Watch Forum Members were trained by the Community Watch Forum of Liberia a few years ago with mandates to buttress the National Police in eradicating crimes in Communities.

Making his turning statement, Margibi County Police Superintendent, Col. Patrick Kormazu, the Watch Forum will help boost the strength of police in Kakata's effort to frighten crimes in the 41 communities in Kakata.

Marking his remark at the gathering on Monday, Kakata City Mayor Gbarngawoe E. Seyboe thanked the police of Margibi for their continued support of his administration in keeping in the prevention of crimes.

Mayor Seyboe used the occasion to call on the Humanitarians to buttress his efforts to sustain the Watch Team in the city.

These guys are deployed in those communities, especially at night.

Therefore, whilst traveling in the middle of the night, don't forget about your identification card or ID Card.

The card will enable you to have easy access to pass at their gathering or checkpoint.
