Hummus+Mayo Sandwich(es)

3 slices > 2 slices

I call this the Life-Saver Sandwich.

Recipe:
- Coat slices of bread with Mayo (I use Hellman's Mayonnaise which is vegan by default and is surprisingly bomb)
- Put a spoonful of hummus over the Mayo coat
- Heat the sandwich on a pan until both sides caramelise
- Eat it with some ketchup (I use Maggi Hot & Sweet)
