We’re HIRING a full-time Junior Project Manager who has some experience under their belt already but is ready to level up their knowledge of social media and client servicing!

Qualifications/experience required:
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Undergraduate degree or higher education certificate
- 1-2 years experience working in the digital marketing sphere, specific social media experience is necessary
- Top notch copywriting, communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, hoot suite or any scheduling software
- Good time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team

You know what question we hear a lot…

‘Why is my follower count not growing fast enough?’

Here are the most common 3 reasons for stagnant IG following and how you can remedy it to grow your follower count faster but more importantly… to attract the right kind of followers.

1) Are you showing up enough on Instagram in the first place? It’s time to get a content calendar in place, pre-plan so you’re not posting rubbish on the fly.

2) Find your niche and create valuable content for your audience. The kind that is easily shareable and saved.

3) We’ve seen it time and time again. Great content but NO a hashtags #. Hashtags are a MUST and although IG announced last year that 3-5 hashtags would be enough per post, it’s always better to add more (30 is the cap).
