VACANCY: VIDEO EDITOR (freelance)
Job Overview:
The wedding film industry is not like it used to be. Gone are the days of boring recaps. Now all the emotion from the day is captured into beautiful, cinematic highlight films, and we want you to help craft them.
Can you pull at a viewer’s emotional heartstrings with your constructed A-Roll, emphasize what’s spoken with clever B-Roll choices, and tie it all together into a cohesive narrative? Then we want you! Help us make the most out of these couples’ special days by joining FILM BY MENUK!
Responsibilities and Duties:
*Edit fundamental wedding edits in either Adobe Premiere Pro CC or Davinci Resole depending on the project.
*Edit documentary-style edits of the wedding events, such as Ceremony, Speeches, and Reception Traditions.
*Follow client style documentation in order to achieve their unique brand standards.
*Adhere to established systems for passing project from phase to phase Meet project deadlines.
Qualifications:
*Tertiary Education, provable experience of video editing and storytelling experience.
*Should be very good with Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Davinci Resole, macOS & Windows.
*Also knowing: Adobe Photoshop Pro CC, Adobe Lightroom Pro CC and how to operate DSLR Cameras will be an added advantage.
