✨️ ஒளியின் திருவிழா எனப்படும் தீபாவளி பண்டிகை இன்று

இந்து மத பக்தர்கள் மிகுந்த பக்தியுடன் கொண்டாடும் தீபாவளி திருவிழா இன்று கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. இந்த திருவிழா அக்டோபர் மாதத்தில் வரும் அமாவாசை தினத்தில் கொண்டாடப்படுவது சிறப்பம்சமாகும். அந்த நாளில் சூழும் இருளினால் உலகை ஒளியால் நிரப்புவதற்காக தீபங்களை ஏற்றுவது இந்துக்களின் பாரம்பரியமாகும். வீடுகள் மட்டுமின்றி நகரம் முழுவதும் ஆயிரக்கணக்கான விளக்குகள் ஏற்றப்பட்டு ஒளிர்வது இந்த திருவிழாவின் முக்கிய அம்சமாகும்.

தீபாவளி திருவிழா ஒரு தேசிய பண்டிகையாகவும், இது உலகின் இருளை அகற்றி ஒளியை உருவாக்குவதற்கானதுமான திருவிழாவாகவும், அறியாமையை அகற்றி ஞானத்தை நிலைநிறுத்தும் பண்டிகையாகவும் இந்து பக்தர்கள் கருதுகின்றனர்.

හින්දු ආගමික බැතිමතුන් මහත් භක්තියෙන් සමරන දීපවාලි උත්සවය අද දිනට යෙදි ඇත.මෙම උත්සවය ඔක්තෝබර් මාසයේ අමාවක දිනයේ යෙදීම විශේෂත්වයක් වන අතර එම දිනයේ එළඹෙන ඝන අඳුර නිසා ලොව එළිය කරන්නට ආලෝක පහන් එළි දැල්වීම හින්දුන්ගේ සම්ප්‍රදායකි.නිවෙස් තුළ මෙන්ම නගර මුළුල්ලේ ම දහස් ගණන් පහන් දල්වා ආලෝකවත් කිරීම මෙම උත්සවයේ ප්‍රධානතම අංගයකි.
දීපාවලී උත්සවය ජාතික උත්සවයක් ලෙසත්, එය ලොව අඳුර නසා ආලෝකය උදා කරවන්නක් ලෙසත්, අඥානය නැති කොට ඥානය පහළ කරන උත්සවයක් ලෙසත් හින්දු භක්තිකයින් සලකනවා.

✨️ Diwali, the festival of lights, is today. Hindu devotees celebrate Diwali with great devotion. Hindus have a ritual of lighting lanterns to brighten the world because of the looming darkness on that particular day.

One of the primary features of this celebration is the illumination of thousands of lamps in residences and throughout the city. Hindus see Diwali as a national holiday that dispels ignorance and ushers in wisdom, as well as a festival that illuminates the globe and drives out darkness.

•Ordination of Maitri Bodhisattva.

•Sariyuth Thero tends to wisely lead the final deposit position.

•Assigning Prince Arittah to contribute a visit to Sanghamitta Therani in Dambadiva.

•Performing Vinaya Sangayana at Thuparama.

•Establishment of Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi.

•Conducting the Katina Chivara Pooja after completion of the Vas.

On the auspicious Vap Pun Poya day, which is decorated with such auspicious religious ceremonies, the people who practice Buddhism worldwide are eager to carry out pooja and gather merit.

ලොව ශ්‍රේෂ්ඨතම වෘත්තීන් අතර ඇති ගුරු වෘත්තිය වෙනුවෙන් ඔක්තෝම්බර් 5 වන දා ජාත්‍යන්තර ගුරු දිනය ලෙස නම් කර ඇති අතර එදිනයට සමගාමීව මෙරට ගුරු දිනය සමරන්නේ ඔක්තෝම්බර් 6 වැනිදා ය.

Since there is knowing that teaching is one of the best professions in the world, October 5th is designated as International Teacher's Day. On October 6th, Sri Lanka celebrates Teacher's Day.
Since teachers have such a powerful opportunity to change the lives of their students, UNESCO set this day in 1994 to thank teachers and recognize their eternal contribution to our lives. As opposed to other worldwide holidays, Teacher's Day is eagerly observed on various dates throughout the world.

With the theme "Valuing Teacher Voices: Towards a New Social Contract for Education," Sri Lanka observes Teacher's Day.

" අනාගතය පෝෂණය කිරීම" තේමාව කරගත් මෙම තරගාවලිය සඳහා රවීන් අකුරැටියාව, තරුල් සේනානායක, හිවීන් රාමචන්ද්‍ර, සුපුල් බද්දේගම සහ මලීක රැඩිගල යන තරගකරුවන් 5 දෙනෙකුගෙන් යුත් කණ්ඩායමක් ශ්‍රී ලංකාව නියෝජනය කරමින් මෙම තරඟය සඳහා සහභාගී විය.

ලෝකයේ රටවල් 193ක තරඟකරුවන් 1000 කටත් අධික ප්‍රමාණයක් අතුරින් ලෝක විශිෂ්ටතම ඉංජිනේරු නිර්මාණය යන තරඟ අංශය යටතේ ප්‍රථම ස්ථානය ලබා ගනිමින් ශ්‍රී ලංකා නාමය මුළු ලොවක් ඉදිරියේ රනින් දිදුලවන්නට අපගේ කණ්ඩායමට හැකිවිය.

මෙම තරඟ ඉසව්වේ දෙවැනි ස්ථානය කොලොම්බියාවටත් තුන්වැනි ස්ථානය ඉන්දියාවටත් දිනා ගැනීමට හැකි විය.

Gold Medal in Robotics for Sri Lanka on the World Stage!

The 6th World Robotics Challenge, held in Greece from September 26, 2024, for four days, concluded successfully. The competition, themed "Feeding the Future," saw the participation of a team of five representing Sri Lanka. The team consisted of Ravin Akuratiyawa, Tharul Senanayake, Hiwin Ramachandra, Supul Baddegama, and Maleeka Radigala.

Among over 1,000 participants from 193 countries, Sri Lanka's team secured first place under the category of Best Engineering Design in the world, making the country's name shine bright with gold on the global stage.

Colombia won second place, while India secured third place in this category.
