As a fresh startup, Anduna Eco Media is providing innovative and creative Digital OOH Media Solutions to media-related problems prevailing in public locations in Sri Lanka.

The position holder will be expected to create Videos and Graphic Designs through adobe software for streaming in DOOH Media Networks provided by Anduna Eco Media and to create content for social media aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Job Profile
-Consistent release of videos and other content for streaming requirements.
-Execute content production requests efficiently, based on each requirement, and within the scheduled project timeline to keep tasks in scope and on time.
-Designing layer advertisements according to client requirements.
-Researching and developing various marketing content for social media.

Personal Profile
-Have proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects.
-Previous experience in video editing, graphic designs (preferred).
-Have strong post-production skills with excellence in colour grading.
-Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

The position holder will be expected to engage with the potential clients who need to promote their brands through innovative DOOH Media solutions provided by Anduna Eco Media. The selected candidates will receive more than 15% sales commission and target allowance based on successful sales values.

Job Profile
-Prospects and qualify new sales leads.
-Schedule meetings and negotiate with prospects.
-Clearly explain Anduna Eco Media value proposition during client meetups.
-Generate compelling TV Commercial + Layer advertisement proposals, clearly explaining the reach, engagement, and KPIs.
-Maintain customer service relationships with existing clients, generate referrals.
-Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.

Personal Profile
-Fresh graduates and undergraduates of
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
Communications
or
full and part qualification in SLIM and
CIM.
-Ability to work independently.
-Previous sales experience (preferred).
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The position holder will be expected to curate, organize, upload and schedule media content for stream through the DOOH Media network (Bus Passengers) by using the Anduna Eco Media broadcasting system. Be in charge of monitoring and controlling all assigned streaming devices in Digital OOH Media Network.

Job Profile
-Generate creative and compelling content schedules (Songs, Programs and short films) for assigned DOOH Media networks.
-Maintain content library by updating required content for streaming.
-Ensure all advertising spots are scheduled and streamed according to clients requirements.
-Ensure streaming hours by monitoring streaming devices and assign the technical team if any action is required to recover.

Personal Profile
-Have an entertainment preference as well as a broad understanding of what the audience enjoys.
-Knowledge in MS Office and Audio-Video file formats.
-Previous experience in the media industry (Preferred).
-Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
