Have you ever heard this thing about Humans..?
We are attracted to solutions, not the product. Imagine last ten top value purchases you made. Think why did you want purchase. May be at first instance you will not get the answer, but asking yourself WHYs and WHATs can reveal you the reason. Most often you bought it for the “Solution”. .
Now think the same with your customers. Why should they think about you when they need a product you sell?
Why shouldn’t they think about others who offer similar products?
Sell the problem you solve, Show them how you can solve that., Tell them you got their back., Console them., Be that HUMAN shoulder they need., Show all these in a space they hangout - Social Media

Sensed who is taking the space? It is expected that by 2020, global internet ad spend will surpass TV, print and non-digital together.

The good news is - Yes, internet paid advertisements are working for businesses, so the crowd is moving towards it.

The not so good news is - When increased number of businesses focus on internet with high budgets, bidding prices will go up. In simple words, businesses have to pay more compared to what they used to pay, to get the same results.

But, is there a hack? Yes, paid content is not the the only type of content. Specially, social media still honors organic content which are relevant to audience. In fact, social media networks need businesses creating good content to attract audience to the network.

Seldom came across a business owner/ executive in recent past, who was happy about the way business is performing. Still they were following only the things used to work in old age:

*Absence or outdated social media strategy (and not so social, social media handle)

*Recruitment process looking only at experience and qualification rather than “how well the person can solve a problem”

*Looking at sales only with monetary numbers rather than value and solution.

As the famous saying goes, different results cannot be expected by doing the same process.

By the way, if you too have a “not so social” social media handle which just talks about your products/ services rather than your story and solution, Let’s have a cup of Chai (or Coffee 😉)
