சற்று முன் எனக்கு இப்படியொரு sms வந்தது. Link ஐ click பண்ணியதும் Sri Lanka Post உடைய உத்தியோகபூரவ இணையதளத்தின் ஒரு பக்கத்திற்கு இட்டுச் சென்றது. அதில் ‘உங்கள் parcel ஐ delivery செய்ய சரியான address ஐக் குறிப்பிடுமாறும் மீண்டும் delivery செய்ய 97/- ரூபாய்களை online மூலம் செலுத்தும் படி அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டிருந்தது.
யாரிடமிருந்து அந்த parcel எனக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டிருக்கிறது என்ற விபரமும் தரப்பட்டிருக்கவில்லை. Online ஊடாக செலுத்த Name, Card Details மட்டுமே கேட்கப் பட்டிருந்தது. Details வழங்கியதும் OTP யும் வர அதனையும் வழங்க..

உடனடியாக வங்கியை தொடர்புகொண்டு விடயத்தை தெரிவிக்க, அந்த transaction நடந்து முடிந்து விட்டது. தம்மால் ஏதும் பண்ண முடியாது எனக் கூறிவிட்டனர்.

நீங்கள் இப்படியொரு சிக்கலில் மாட்டி விடக் கூடாது என்பதற்காகவும் இது தொடர்பில் என்ன நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளலாம் என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்வதற்காகவுமே இதனை இங்கு பகிர்கிறேன்.
