උදුවප්පුර පසලොස්වක පොහොය දිනය අදට යෙදී තිබේ.

බෞද්ධ ඉතිහාසයට අනුව උදුවප් පුරපසලොස්වක පෙහො දිනය ශ්‍රී ලාංකික බෞද්ධයින්ට අතිශය වැදගත් පොහොය දිනයක් ලෙස සැලකෙයි.
දේවානම්පියතිස්ස මහරජුගේ ආරාධනයට අනුව සංඝමිත්තා මෙහෙණින් වහන්සේ විසින් ශ්‍රී මහ බෝධියේ දකුණු ශාකාව මෙරට වැඩම කර ඇත්තේ අද වැනි පෙහොය දිනකයි.
