Wanna to crush it in the studio?
Here's how to do it right!

1. Keep those lyrics handy!

No matter how much you practice, nerves can make you forget your lyrics. If you nailed the take but forgot the words, that recording is wasted. Always keep your lyrics handy for reference.

2. Mic check, feel the beat

Always test your equipment thoroughly before starting your recording session to avoid disruptions.

3. Water is your best friend

Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and during your studio session to prevent strain on your voice.

4. One ear in, one ear out

Moving one side of your headphones away from your ear will give you a chance to hear yourself from the outside which will help a lot in many ways.

1. Song Choice

Picking the right song is key. Choose one that you're comfortable with and matches your voice. It'll make your studio session much easier.

2. Communication

Be sure to have a chat with the producer and have a clear vision about what you both expect from your time in the studio.

3. Have Reference Tracks

List about 3-5 songs which you think would match the genre you're singing.

4. Practice, practice and practice...

Keep rehearsing until you feel like words you're singing are a part of your daily routine.

5. Sing your heart out

Go with confidence and give it your best shot.
