BBQ BROS, a global leader in the barbecue industry, has announced a joint venture with Beetroot Hospitality to open eight dining outlets in the UAE by 2027. The first flagship location will open in Dubai Creek by August 2025.

The partnership will bring BBQ Bros’ authentic flavors to the UAE through restaurants, pop-ups, events, and catering. Currently operating in Belgium, Lebanon, Egypt, and Kuwait, BBQ Bros sees the UAE as a key market for expansion. The collaboration will leverage Beetroot Hospitality's local expertise to ensure successful growth.

State-owned Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) has partnered with Italy’s Arsenale Group to introduce the “Dream of the Desert,” the first luxury train in the MENA region. With a total investment of 200 million Saudi riyals ($53.33 million), the 40-cabin train will operate under a 25-year agreement.

The train will depart from Riyadh’s North Station, pass through Hail, and conclude at Al-Qurayyat station. Trips will last one to two nights, offering passengers a premium travel experience. Operations are set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2025.
