SKILLS NEEDED
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and must be able to finesse delicate client relationships while driving the agency to product its best results. The Agency Account Manager must develop an understanding of:

2D Print & Digital Sr. Art Director will be responsible for overseeing the design, development and final ex*****on of all worldwide print, digital, visual merchandising graphics, PR & Education materials. Many of these elements will be created using supplied creative assets from the in-house Creative Agency. The Art Director will play a key role within the creative team from concept to ex*****on. This role will provide strong leadership and career development to all print and digital graphic designers.

- Work with the entire creative team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the company, helming a creative audit to elevate our innovation.
- Cooperate with other members of the studio department to evaluate client needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for ad campaigns.
- Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
- Coordinating resources and with other departments to create a cohesive, effective campaign, from concept to final ex*****on within deadlines.
- Troubleshooting design, staff, or process problems as they arise.
- Looking for ways to improve design submissions and stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
- Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
- 6+ years of experience with a supporting portfolio
- Proficiency with design software including Adobe Creative Suite

- Creativity and ability to delegate responsibilities.
