PEACE was established in 1999, by the leadership of the event Creator Mr. Sani Abi Nader, and since it has grown to become one of the leading Model, Artist & Event Management Company in the Arab World. PEACE leads now 4 Divisions which are:
- PEACE Model Management
- PEACE Artist Management
- PEACE Event Management
- PEACE Brand Management

Through our departments, we offer 7 Services which are :

(Photo Models, Photography, Promotion, Publicity, Production, Public Relations & Press Services). The company organizes controls & produces all kinds of Special Events, such as: (Awards, Beauty Contests, Fashion Shows, Concerts, Festivals & Exhibitions). We launched a large number of Models, Beauty Queens & Kings, and since 2006 we worked with Beauty Industry Leaders and Renowned Worldwide Beauty Organizations to develop, Promote & Produce their Pageants in the Arab world, and in 2008 PEACE Inc. became the Largest Franchise Holder of International Beauty Pageants in Lebanon & the Middle East respectively, and now it represents more than 200 Worldwide Beauty Pageants, such as:

In 2009, the company became the Exclusive Franchisee in Lebanon of the World’s Leading Modeling Agencies : FORD MODELS - New York, and the Exclusive Licensee of their prestigious International Model Contest: " Ford Models’ Supermodel of the World ". In 2010, PEACE Inc. launched its International Division by scouting and recruiting International Top Models from all over the world to include: (USA, Canada, Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Czech, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Spain, Bulgaria, Turkey …), and representing leading well-known Modeling Agencies in Europe & America.
