Cre8mania is looking for a dynamic /Accountant for the Lebanese branch.
Skills and qualifications:
•Very good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
•Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office.
•Basic knowledge or experience in accounting
•Time-management and organization skills
•Ability to multitask and to pay attention to details
•Good Interpersonal skills

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

General duties:
•Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
•Greet visitors and conduct to appropriate area or person.
•Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and record minutes of meetings when needed.
•Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, performing basic bookkeeping work and arrange for equipment maintenance.
•Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials when needed.
•File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
•Sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
•Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries including emails.
•Coordinate and direct office services, such as keeping records, making sure that budget is not exceeded in each department, assist with personnel issues and housekeeping, to aid executives.
•Provide clerical support to other departments.
•Filing and archiving for company executives and of all administrative papers.
•Conduct research, compile data and keep company clients data base updated.
•Make travel arrangements for executives when needed.

Accounting duties:
•Prepare invoices, receipts, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other accounting related documents making use of current computer technology and accounting software.
•Responsible of following up on collection and payments.
•Process payroll information when needed.
•Handle bank deposits, cashing checks, receiving statements of account when needed.
•File and keep record of company financial and legal documents.
•Process and file all employee NSSF records prepared by the auditor.
•Process and file all tax related documents prepared by the auditor.

Other duties:
•Prepare a weekly report to supervising manager according to Cre8mania’s set standards
•Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience

• A knowledge of CSS platforms such as Bootstrap
• An expertise in HTML5, CSS3/SASS and jQuery
• Experience in JavaScript, AJAX and Front-end frameworks (Angular2+, Vue, React)
• Experience with Three.js, WebGL and Canvas/CSS animation
• Strong UX and design sensibilities
• A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX (preferred)

• Proficiency with server-side languages such as PHP, Python is a plus
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL

Responsibilities:
• Transforming complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3 templates
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable WebGL/3D models with Three.Js and JavaScript.
• Creating responsive website designs
• Building websites with Drupal, WordPress and Shopify, extending and developing plugins and themes
• Working with version control systems such as GIT / SVN
• Working under tight deadlines
• Producing high quality of work with a strong focus on detail
• The ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time
• Show high organizational skills and great attention to details
• Show a positive and upbeat attitude with the ability to learn quickly
