The one-act ballet was created for Diana Vishneva, prima ballerina of the Mariinsky Theatre, principal dancer at the American Ballet Theatre (2005-2017).
The ballet, inspired by the life experiences of choreographers and a soloist, explores universal themes of love in its various forms, life’s transformations from girlhood to womanhood, and the profound impact of death on our existence.
🎞️The full-length #biopic “Songy Ukim” (“The Last Sentence”), a historical drama about the outstanding #Kazakh educator, poet, linguist and influential public figure Akhmet Baitursynov, will be released in cinemas #nationwide starting May 23.
The film’s plot encompasses all stages of Akhmet Baitursynov’s life, from his groundbreaking creation of the Kazakh language science to the final moments of his life.
Based on historical facts, the film crew successfully illustrates Baitursynov’s entire life journey and reveals the main contradictions of his epoch, making the movie a grand historical epic.
Today, the National Museum of Kazakhstan is hosting the Night of Museums from 6 p.m to 12 a.m in Astana.
During the event, various workshops for children, excursions for guests by star guides and concerts were held at the #museum.
The goal of the event is to popularize #cultural values by bringing together and showcasing artworks of various genres and styles, introducing visitors to museum activities and unique #exhibits.
