CORAM DEO
Truth over Emotions; Scripture endures, Scripture speaks
Reformed Presbyterian We preach Christ, who is the eternal Son, one in nature, with the eternal Father and the eternal Spirit, the triune God, who is the creator and li
fe giver, as well as the sustainer of the universe and all who live in it. Who is the Virgin born Son of God and Son of Man, fully divine and fully human, who is the one whose life on Earth perfectly pleased God and His righteousness is given to all who by grace through faith, become one with Him, who is the only acceptable sacrifice for sin that pleases God and whose death under divine judgment, paid in full the penalty for the sins of His people, providing for them forgiveness and eternal life. Who is alive, having been raised from the dead by the Father, validating His work of atonement and providing resurrection for the sanctification and glorification of the elect to bring them safely into His Heavenly presence, who is at the Father's throne, interceding for all believers. Who will return suddenly from Heaven, Rapture His Church, unleash judgment on the wicked, bring promised Salvation to the Jews and the nations and establish His Millennial Reign on Earth. Who will after that Earthly Reign, destroy the universe, finally judge all sinners and send them to Hell, then create the New Heavens and New Earth, where He will dwell forever with His Saints in Glory. by Rev. Dr. John F. MacArthur

John 1:1 (NIV) - "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." - John 3:16
"While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." - Romans 5:8
"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved." - Acts 4:12
John 8:58 (NIV). Jesus said, "Very truly I tell you," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I AM!" This statement is significant because Jesus was declaring His eternal existence and divine deity nature, using the same phrase "I AM" in the Old Testament when Jesus in His pre-incarnation human flesh [glorified body] speaking to Moses in Exodus 3:14. By declaring He is YAHWEH incarnated - the I AM that sent Moses. Revelation 22:13 (NIV) says, "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End." This verse refers to Jesus Christ and emphasizes His position as the beginning and end of all things. Exodus 3:14 (NIV), where Lord Jesus speaks to Moses and says, "God said to Moses, 'I am who I am. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: 'I am has sent me to you.'" This verse, also known as the "I Am" verse, emphasizes God's self-existence and eternal nature, and is often interpreted as a reference to the divine name Yahweh. "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." - John 14:6
"Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, 'If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.'" - John 8:31-32
"But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in his name, who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God." - John 1:12-13
"However, to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God." - John 1:12
"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile. For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: 'The righteous will live by faith.'" - Romans 1:16-17
John 4:21-23 (NIV) says:
“Woman,” Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks." Acts 4:12 (NIV) says, "Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved." In this verse, Peter is testifying about Jesus Christ and emphasizing that salvation can only be found through faith in Him. Revelation 1:7 (NIV) - "Look, he is coming with the clouds," and "every eye will see him, even those who pierced him"; and all peoples on earth "will mourn because of him." So shall it be! Amen. Revelation 5:5 (NIV) says, "Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”
Revelation 21:4 (NIV) says, "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." Revelation 21:1 (NIV) - "Then I saw 'a new heaven and a new earth,' for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea." Isaiah 65:17 (NIV) - "See, I will create new heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind."
2 Peter 3:13 (NIV) - "But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells." Isaiah 66:22 (NIV) - "As the new heavens and the new earth that I make will endure before me," declares the Lord, "so will your name and descendants endure." Revelation 21:5 (NIV) - "He who was seated on the throne said, 'I am making everything new!' Then he said, 'Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.'"
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV) - "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!"
Revelation 22:1 (NIV) - "Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb." Romans 8:21-22 (NIV) - "that the creation itself will be liberated from its bo***ge to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children of God. We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time." Psalm 102:25-26 (NIV) - "In the beginning you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. They will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment. Like clothing you will change them and they will be discarded." Hebrews 1:10-12 (NIV) - "He also says, 'In the beginning, Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. You will roll them up like a robe; like a garment they will be changed. But you remain the same, and your years will never end.'
Hebrews 13:8 - "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." James 1:17 - "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows." Malachi 3:6 - "I the Lord do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed." Psalm 102:25-27 - "In the beginning you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. Like clothing you will change them and they will be discarded. But you remain the same, and your years will never end." Isaiah 40:8 - "The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever." Matthew 5:18 - "For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished."
1 Peter 1:24-25 - "For, 'All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord endures forever.' And this is the word that was preached to you." Psalm 119:89 - "Your word, Lord, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens." Isaiah 55:11 - "So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it." Matthew 24:35 - "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away."
2 Timothy 3:16-17 - "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." Psalm 19:7-9 - "The law of the Lord is perfect, refreshing the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes. The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever. The decrees of the Lord are firm, and all of them are righteous." Proverbs 30:5 - "Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him." John 10:35 - "If he called them 'gods,' to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be set aside—"
Isaiah 40:6-8 - "A voice says, 'Cry out.' And I said, 'What shall I cry?' 'All people are like grass, and all their faithfulness is like the flowers of the field. The grass withers and the flowers fall, because the breath of the Lord blows on them. Surely the people are grass. The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.'"
The doctrines called Calvinistic or doctrine of Grace are no other than those which were held by Augustine and therefore the system of Calvin is the only system which can be said to be the consistent exhibition of evangelical protestant Christianity. I cannot too frequently repeat that Calvinism is the only effectual barrier against the total depravity of man. I have my own opinion that there is no such thing as preaching Christ and Him crucified unless we preach what nowadays is called Calvinism. It is a nickname to call it Calvinism; Calvinism is the gospel, and nothing else. Jesus is YAHWEH and King & God - the Triune God. It’s the truth, whether or not people acknowledge the fact. He is more than the Messiah, more than the Savior; He is the Lord of all. Someday, all will submit to that truth. Reformed
