In case you need a reminder, Jesus notices every tear, and He heals. So, whether it’s your heart, your relationships, or your finances, give that ‘broken thing’ to Him.

Know that He is a master physical therapist and understands that some pain is necessary for true healing. It may hurt right now, but it won’t last forever.

Hold tight; He is with you. He is closer than you think, and He is preparing you for something greater.

‘The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.’ - Psalm 34:18

You’re allowed to feel your feelings, but make sure you place God’s promises above those feelings. His promises are far more reliable than what you feel.

Comparison is the thief of joy and pollutes your ability to become the best version of you. The best version of you doesn't look like someone else's best. Admiring, respecting, and supporting others for their achievements is great. Feeling inspired by others is great, too... but try to separate out the toxic comparing, judging, and copying.

No one will be able to do what others do the way they do it. And no one will be able to do what you do the way you do it. Judging and comparing is pointless and puts people on a path of “never good enough.” When all along, your path, your style, your way of doing things is perfectly unique to you. If you stay true to that, people will be drawn to your authenticity.

Keep your peace, don’t compare, because you're incomparable. ❤️ ✌️

I LOVE THIS ANALOGY:

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee?

"Because someone bumped into me!!!"
Wrong answer.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"

When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.

Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.
