Quick & Easy Egg Drop Soup Delight 🍲🥚
Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cooked chicken or tofu for added protein
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and a couple of tablespoons of the broth to create a slurry.
3. Once the broth is simmering, add the cornstarch slurry and soy sauce, stirring continuously until the broth thickens slightly.
