What if E-Rickshaw batteries can be used for twice longer life?

Many people want to improve e-Rickshaw batteries. The lifespan of e-Rickshaw batteries is limited for only 8 months in average, and most e-Rickshaw batteries should be replaced after 8 months. What if e-Rickshaw batteries can be used for twice longer life?

Regarding e-Rickshaw batteries….
Some customers misunderstand that all used batteries can be regenerated like new batteries regardless of damage states. All used batteries have been naturally discharged and corroded for a long time, and it is impossible to check its damage level inside battery (cells). 12V bank batteries - Among 6 cells (12V) - if any cell was already damaged such as Corrosion, Short of plates, Cell-cut, Fall of active materials, Reduced electrolytes and Sulfuric-acid and so on, please note that there will be no way to recover the battery to a normal state as you know very well. Especially, e-Rickshaw batteries can make these states much faster due to deep cycle charge and discharge use every day.

Many people want to improve e-Rickshaw batteries in Pakistan. The lifespan of e-Rickshaw batteries is limited for only 8 months in average, and most e-Rickshaw batteries should be replaced after 8 months. But e-Rickshaw batteries are the most difficult batteries to improve the life spans due to deep cycle use every day. According to the test in Bangladesh, we can make the results for e-Rickshaw batteries as follows;
1. For New Batteries (12V x 4 = 48V). After one-hour discharged, and regenerated all new batteries.
▶ Working time/day improved from starting : 7 hours (Formatting time) →10 hours.
2. From new batteries, regenerated (instead of recharge) every two months
▶ Renewed capacity and using time like new battery conditions.
3. For 8 months, 4 times (every 2 months) regenerated
▶ Battery Capacity have still sustained 90% after 8 months. (almost twice longer time use)

4) PRIME Regeneration equipment rental business for E-Rickshaw batteries

In developing countries such as India, Bangladesh and Pakistan, many 48V (12V x 4 batteries) are used in motorcycle vehicles. Almost every day, full charge-full discharge (deep cycle) uses the battery capacity, so the average battery life is only about 8~10 months. The regeneration of these batteries, which lifespans are end quickly, is only possible with PRIME regeneration technology and products due to rarely damage on the lead plates/cells even after repeated regenerations.

(RPT-E400 : 48V-simultaneous regeneration (12V x 4)
RPT-A300/C300/T300 : 12V-individual regeneration and discharge)

There is only one way to extend E-Rickshaw battery life. E-Rickshaw quickly ages due to the excessive deep cycle use of batteries in carrying passengers during a full day. Before the battery physically loses performance due to sulphate and deterioration, PRIME regenerators increase their life and capacity by restoring them once every two~three months (regeneration at a night operation instead of a daily recharging) from new battery condition (requires initial purchase and actual use date to be checked).

It can be as simple as recharging. Now these batteries can also last twice as long by regular regeneration, and PRIME regenerations are available for rental at many E-Rickshaw locations. PRIME Operators operating PRIME machines on a rental offer E-Rickshaw operators to regenerate once every 2~3 months, and PRIME operator can receive about $30~$40 per set (12V x 4 = 48V) (based on RPT-E400) or $10~$15 per 12V battery (based on RPT-A300/C300/T300) as the service cost of regeneration (for capacity and life extension).

For this rental business, PRIME machines can be provided as rentals to as many business operators as possible in the region so that extended life and capacity can be regenerated anywhere. Rental operators can restore E-Rickshaw batteries as well as lead-acid batteries in all nearby UPS, Solar, Traction and vehicles.

3) PRIME Regeneration equipment rental business to minimize the purchase cost of all nearby lead-acid batteries, such as agricultural and fishing village heavy equipment machinery, all vehicles, fishing boats, camping car etc.

In this project, PRIME battery regeneration devices are rented or purchased by rural associations in each country or local government, and then installed in rural areas, and residents repeatedly restore all target lead-acid batteries in order to extend battery lifespans and reduce costs.
