Ba Phuon temple was built in 11th century and is a less-touristy temple. To get to the top, you can go up the wooden stairway with handrails on both sides.

Once you get to the top the views around are fascinating with vegetations around and overseeing the bridge entrance on the eastern side of the temple.

Bayon temple is situated in the heart of Angkor Thom built in late 12th century and dedicated to Buddhism. To get rid of crowds and enjoy the tranquility during your visit, you can arrive here at 7:30am when it’s just open or come in the late afternoon around 4:45pm; it’s the best hour with very few visitors.
