Coalition for Partnership in Democratic Development Organization (CPDD) is a civil society coalition that promotes decentralization in Cambodia with emphasis on democratic development. Established in 2003, we are a network of Cambodian and International non-governmental organizations NGOs and civil society organizations. We promote collective voices and meaningful engagement of civil society with

the government at all levels to strengthen democratic development during this pivotal period of deconcentration and decentralization (D&D) reforms throughout the country. We’re a non-profit, non-partisan organization of Cambodian and international organizations and individuals committed to enhance democracy in Cambodia. Coalition for Partnership in Democratic Development Organization (CPDD) is led by our governing board comprised of nine members. Our Secretariat manages day to day business guided by the governing board and supported by all members.
