Welcome Bobby Gadhia, our new Head of Business Development, and the latest addition to the Radio44 family!

Bobby Gadhia is a first-generation entrepreneur with 30 years of business experience in East Africa. He has worked extensively with various international and local companies across multiple sectors, including ICT, Real Estate, Recruitment & HR Consultancy. Bobby has held key Board positions in organizations like the Retail Trade Association of Kenya (RETRAK) and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Kenya.

In his career, Bobby has successfully driven the development and growth of various businesses.

1)As Head of Sales & Business Development at *CIM Credit Kenya*, he led the launch and market expansion of their consumer financing app, *Aspira*, through strategic retailer partnerships.
2) At *Sirdar Group*, South Africa, Bobby was instrumental in establishing their presence in Kenya, turning it into one of their key markets in Africa.
3) Most recently, as a Sales and Business Development Consultant at *Sukhiba*, he focused on acquiring medium to large enterprise customers for their unique WhatsApp Solution.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, governance, and continuous self-development, Bobby has mentored and coached numerous entrepreneurs aged 24 to 65, helping them advance in their business and careers. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. Bobby's accolades include being voted the Best Male Entrepreneur by Rotary Club of Kenya in 2000 and Best Male Businessman by The Asian Weekly in 2015.
