.. After 2 years of back and forth, I lost my first banking job. Literally, they sacked me. They had had enough of my not performing and they could not see any value I brought anymore so I got a termination letter. I remember that Monday morning, my manager called me to her office and handed me an envelope only to realize that my last working day was actually the previous Friday, meaning I was illegally at work. For some reason, I was not that shocked to get the letter, but frankly speaking, I was scared of my next move. I was based in Kisumu then, and I did not know how to move forward after that bombshell. I left the office somehow happy but scared. I was happy that God had forced my way out of this environment so I could think and get a way to get into my purpose. That courage is what I needed hence I saw that I had been pushed to go out there and get into what I love to do.
