Sometimes, the graph doesn't go as we would want it to.. It can Go up, Go down, Hit plateau name it. But one thing I'm a hundred, is that it's Very Normal and Okey.
Sometimes we glue our eyes waiting for the graph to keep climbing higher and higher and we forget that anything can happen and otherwise happens..
I'm not saying we shouldn't hope for the best, I'm saying we should be able to embrace mistakes.
Sometimes even the graph can keep going higher for the wrong reasons.
The first pic I had lost alot of weight but it was at the expense of my Joy.
I was constantly denying myself food to look a certain way. π€
Of course that wasn't sustainable and I ended up gaining some kilos back. I could get angry and worried when someone would comment, "na umenonanona"π©
I'm not saying that we shouldn't work on our bodies.
We should, But to what extent?
You might deny yourself food at the expense of your mental Health..
We should strike a balance.
I'm not scared to gain weight or Lose weight.
The greatest thing to actually put in mind is to Understand The WHY Very well.
Why am I gaining weight?
Why am I losing weight?
From that understanding,You will be able to work on everything with Love as
told me.
Let's also learn to embrace our flaws as well as our wins.
They are both meant to do us Good βΊοΈ
