I'm very happy that Major. Gen Elia Kosta knows exactly who sales our passports. some of these people are high ranked police officers who sits right there with him, selling our country to foreigners however, warning only isn't enough, those known should be penalized to deter others from doing the same. These sale of ID cards and passports to foreigners has negatively affected South Sudanese special in the area of job recruitment.
